Join Our Summer Turn Team at iQ!Summer Turn is a key time at iQ Student Accommodation - as students move out, we refresh our buildings for the new academic year. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and all about teamwork. You'll help clean, repair, and prepare rooms and shared spaces to our high standards, ensuring a great experience for summer guests and returning students.Your Role:
  • Carry out minor repairs, painting, and basic plumbing
  • Support move-in days and help with furniture moves
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Technician and wider team
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
What We're Looking For:
  • Handy with tools and confident in basic maintenance
  • Friendly, reliable, and a great team player
  • Flexible and ready to get stuck in
  • Trade qualifications are a bonus, but not essential

  • Our Operations Manager
  • On-site team members
  • Our residents
