  • Assist in the creation of planning drawings for statutory approval authorities.
  • Contribute to the transformation of design concepts into comprehensive technical drawing packages for construction.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and traditional methods to develop technical 2D & 3D design solutions.
  • Collaborate with Consultants and Manufacturers for product selection in construction details.
  • Prepare meeting notes, photographic, SketchUp, and 3D visuals as required.
  • Contribute to the detailed design process and space planning layouts.
Skills and Qualifications for this Architect Role
  • Part II or Part III qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-end Architectural or Interiors practice focusing on residential and hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in hand sketching in 3D and 2D technical details.
  • Strong command of 2D AutoCAD with ordered layering systems and overlay drafting using Xrefs.
  • Enthusiasm for the technical development of bespoke details.
  • Familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
