Job Category: FacilitiesJob Description:SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR : Sunday to Thursday, 3pm till 10pmAbout the Role:Join our team in the production kitchen, where you will help supply our coffee shops with freshly made sandwiches, rolls, and specialty breads. Your role will be vital in supporting the business by ensuring the delivery and service of high-quality, freshly prepared bread products to our customers.You will
  • Produce the daily production list for required fresh bread products
  • Merchandise stock for sale in our coffee shops
  • Label and package all fresh-made products accurately
  • Report any equipment faults or issues to management promptly
  • Adhere to allergy control procedures to ensure safe food handling
  • Record fridge temperatures to ensure products are stored safely
  • Clean service areas and equipment thoroughly during your shift
  • Share ideas and collaborate with your team to improve processes
  • Use your initiative to meet product quotas, especially when facing ingredient shortages
About You:
  • Hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (not essential as training can be provided)
  • Have previous experience in a similar food production or kitchen environment
  • Are passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality products
  • Are a problem solver who can think on your feet
  • Take initiative and contribute new ideas
  • Can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow
