Working week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: up to £26,000Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage lower-value sales quotations
- Assist with budget pricing and tender schedules
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications, and lead times
- Coordinate team calendars for training and workshops
- Support Account Managers with mock-ups and sample orders
- Track supplier deliveries and ensure timelines are met
- Verify supplier order acknowledgements against purchase orders
- Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies
- Attend internal handover and project meetings
- Ensure delivery of agreed client service levels
- Maintain workflow documentation for compliance and audits
- Book deliveries and installations for smaller orders
- Authorise supplier invoices and track job reports
- Handle warranty and service issues
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a customer service or procurement role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
