You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering exciting, creative lessons that engage and inspire
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress, ensuring personal development and wellbeing are prioritised alongside academic achievement
- Collaborating closely with our expert multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing, effective learning environment
- Using innovative approaches to bring learning to life in and beyond the classroom
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Is passionate about teaching pupils with SEN, particularly autism and complex needs
- Brings creativity, patience, and dedication to the classroom
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with pupils, families, and professionals
