Residential Conveyancer – Head of DepartmentThis expanding law firm with regional offices is seeking an experienced conveyancer to lead its newly acquired London office.You will be joining at a senior level, with tangible chances to progress your career as this firm develops further, building on recent success.   • Lead and develop the London team
  • Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold

  • Utilising a high-tech case management system to streamline processes
You:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
  • Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold
  • Experience with new build properties and lease extension is advantageous
  • Must have the drive and technical knowledge to lead and develop the team
