Building strong relationships across the business, you'll support the onboarding, development, and ongoing training of our front-line colleagues. You'll also work alongside content creators and digital learning specialists to design engaging materials that bring learning to life. Your proactive approach and collaborative spirit will help embed a culture of continuous development, ensuring our colleagues are confident, competent, and motivated to deliver great customer experiences.Role overview:As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:Permanent 18.5 hours per week - weekend role (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions for retail colleagues, virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensuring they gain the skills and behaviours needed to succeed.
  • Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of the “What's in Store?” induction content and 6-month development programs, including digital learning resources.
  • Increase the capability of front-line colleagues to sell, serve, and support customers confidently and effectively.
  • Monitor and review the support provided to store colleagues through regular store visits, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across our retail estate to understand their learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist with the design and development of engaging learning content, both digital and face-to-face.
You will need:
  • Proven experience in delivering engaging learning experiences within a retail, corporate, or similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a strong customer-focused approach.
