- Prospecting and cold-calling to open new accounts
- Winning and developing business from existing clients
- Negotiating prices and terms to maximise profit
- Building long-term client relationships
- Managing your own pipeline and hitting ambitious targets
- Driving revenue growth for your desk
- £30,000–£35,000 basic salary (DOE) + Uncapped Profit Share
