Moderna seeks a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our cutting-edge mRNA vaccine production unit. This pivotal role combines scientific understanding with operational excellence and digital proficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment adhering to cGMP and safety regulations.
  • Participate in incident investigation (RCA) and CAPA.
  • Execute operations following cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA on batch documentation.
  • Utilize performance tools to meet operational KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and digital issues.
  • Proactively report compliance/safety issues.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of GMP manufacturing experience.
  • University degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience with filtration, chromatography, and cold chain management (a plus).
  • Experience in audit/inspection preparation and regulatory guidelines (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
