We have completed a re-design of our service to:
  • Increase our success in preventing homelessness.
  • End our use of hotels and shared temporary accommodation for families.
  • Reduce our use of and spend on Temporary Accommodation.
This new role creates additional leadership capacity to:
  • Lead a team that provides oversight, quality assurance, performance reporting and insights to deliver high quality services across Housing Options continuing to embed the principles of the re-design
  • Provide leadership in the development, promotion and successful implementation of service development initiatives across Housing Options, which support the Council’s Homelessness Strategy.
