- Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Strong electrical design experience
- Familiarity with CE marking and DFMEA
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Excel
- Experience designing electrical equipment or machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with MV assemblies and HV testing
- Develop and document electrical designs and calculations
- Approve drawings, BOMs, and design data for production
- Support R&D, product testing, and component selection
- Create and issue 3D models and engineering drawings
- Perform mechanical design, simulation, and verification testing
- Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards and manage design changes
- Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support across departments
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Apply relevant design and regulatory standards
- Identify and implement new engineering processes
