- New Vehicle Stock Management: Support the management of new vehicle stock levels, and assist in tracking stock movements.
- Online Publishing: Ensure accurate and timely publishing of vehicle information.
- Interest-Bearing Vehicle Management: Monitor the status of these vehicles and assist in strategies to minimise holding costs.
- Manufacturer Objectives and Communication: Monitor performance against OEM objectives, support the implementation of action plans, and assist in managing communication between the franchise network and OEM representatives
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking franchise performance against key metrics, preparing regular reports and working with the Head of Franchise Performance, and other Franchise Performance Managers to implement action plans.
- Brand Representation: Attend brand meetings as required, and share key takeaways with internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Customer Communications: Assist in the development of customer-focused offers to drive sales.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and aftersales teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in a similar role within automotive or similar sector, ideally working with multi-franchise operations.
- In depth knowledge of the UK Commercial Vehicle market (particularly LCV)
- Familiarity with OEM standards and processes.
- Strong financial understanding with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to inspire dealership teams to achieve exceptional results, and ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
