The VacancyJoin our Housing, Rehabilitation & Recovery services for exciting opportunities to participate in keeping people safe and well under the direct supervision of a Senior Complex Lives Support Officer to assist in maintaining an individual in safe and suitable accommodation, living independently in their own homes and where appropriate within designated supported accommodation settings.The role will promote inclusion, independence, recovery, and well-being through the use of Outcome tools which will be completed jointly under supervision. It is a short-term service that aims to give individuals the skills and confidence to be able to live independently.To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated person with excellent communication skills who can manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload. You should be approachable and non-judgmental with the patience and determination to encourage our customers to achieve their goals employing a person-centred and strength-based approach.The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+ or working towards
Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good time management
Basic IT skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Team working
Ability to attend training.
Have an Adult Care Worker Qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
