We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues.We are currently recruiting for :- SupervisorIf you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.Role Specifications:We are looking for a senior leader to oversee a cleaning team including two cleaning supervisors and take charge of the day to day roles required to run the building.
  • All round cleaning experience
  • Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
  • To visit customer sites/potential sites on a weekly or by schedule ensuring that the following standards are managed and maintained.
  • Ensure all operatives are properly inducted to each site they may be working upon.
  • Ensure that staffs are briefed daily on their tasks, carrying out site specific risk assessments and that they each have the necessary tools, equipment and PPE to perform the tasks in accordance with company procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Lead your team ensuring they remain motivated, continuously developed and appraised a minimum of once per annual, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and Company objectives.
  • To identify and report through our electronic reporting tool ‘Chase’, any improvements to service, quality and operational efficiency.
  • High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
  • Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
  • To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team
