🎯 HLTA Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons and activities during teacher absences
  • Support teaching and learning in small groups and one-to-one
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage participation
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
  • Support children during lunch and break periods
  • Carry out basic administrative and clerical duties
  • Contribute to a positive school environment and ethos
👤 We’re Looking for a HLTA Who:
  • Holds a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Is experienced working with primary-aged children
  • Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Can confidently support learning across various subjects
  • Is IT-literate and organised
  • Speaks Welsh (desirable, not essential)
