The college is currently seeking an inspirational Learning Support Assistant to join their successful Inclusive Learning team on a temporary basis.The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting and nurturing students with their learning. You'll be joining a welcoming, empowering environment where both learners and staff are encouraged to reach their full potential.Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing tailored support to students with a range of learning needs
  • Working collaboratively with the Inclusive Learning team and wider college staff
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff, parents and carers
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive and empowering learning environment
