For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior AV Project Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will work within the Major Projects team, being responsible for leading the successful delivery of and overseeing all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects, acting as the primary liaison for clients to guarantee the fulfilment of contractual obligations throughout the project's lifecycle.Fostering a close relationship with main contractors, consultants and professional teams is key to ensuring Kinly’s Major Projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, fostering external collaboration with clients and 3rd parties, plus internal coordination with Project & supplementary teams.Key responsibilities:Ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction, and in compliance with all contract requirements.Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneouslyPreparing and managing project schedules and budgets, and providing updates on commercial performance and forecastingCommunicating project progress and status, both internally and with the clientsManaging project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labourOverseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & ProgrammersForecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolioTravelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demandFacilitating quality assurance requirements as/where necessaryFully managing all elements of logistical requirements across a portfolio of projectsMaintaining a high standard of project delivery principlesIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please either email outlining your requirements; or you can view the vacancy via the which allows you to customise the content so that you can review in a way that works best for you.About KinlyKinly is the globally trusted AV and UCC technology advisor to world-class organisations.
