This is a full-time, temporary position to cover maternity leave, providing vital support to students who experience behavioural, social, or emotional difficulties.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Work 1:1 and in small groups with students needing additional behavioural supportAssist with the implementation of individual behaviour plans and tailored interventionsSupport teaching staff in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environmentHelp students develop confidence, resilience, and positive relationshipsCollaborate with the pastoral and SEND teams to ensure a joined-up approach to student supportWe’re Looking For Someone Who:Has experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (in schools, care, or youth services)Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a calm, consistent approachCan build positive relationships with students and staffWorks well as part of a team but is also confident working independentlyHas a strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting student wellbeingHolds relevant training or qualifications within mental health (desirable but not essential)If this is something you'd be interested in please reply with your CV attatched to
