Job Title: Site Manager - Evening Shift
Location: Loughborough
Shift Pattern: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Tuesday 26th - Saturday 30th )About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee evening operations on a prestigious project at the DNRC in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising works carried out during the late shift, ensuring that health & safety, quality, and programme requirements are maintained.Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors during the 3pm-11pm shift.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
Monitor progress, report to the daytime management team, and maintain accurate site records.
Carry out quality checks and resolve any issues arising during the shift.
Liaise with site management and ensure smooth handover between shifts.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on healthcare, public sector, or sensitive projects.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Flexible and proactive approach to out-of-hours site management.
