
Clinical Innovation & Digital Solutions Lead

- Lead the development and implementation of scalable clinical innovation initiatives and best practices.
- Manage the innovation portfolio and track progress and impact of key projects across the organization.
- Identify and pilot new digital and non-digital solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support change management and knowledge sharing and awareness campaigns for new clinical study initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the organization in external innovation forums and consortia.
- Ensure alignment across systems, processes, and stakeholders for successful implementation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Health Technology).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects in a global, regulated environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Experience with Good Clinical Practice guidelines and vendor management is a plus.
