- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
- Provide support during audits as required.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve financial processes.
- A background in accounting or finance, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- Hourly pay of approximately £20.90 to £24.10, depending on experience. (including holiday pay)
- A full-time role with 37.5 hours per week, based in the office.
