– Support Fire and Security management of civic buildings, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
– Open and close key buildings, like the Civic Centre and Magistrates Court, according to operational requirements
– Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a polite, helpful, and supportive presence
– Work independently or in teams to deliver fire and security management services
– Respond promptly to fire incidents or emergencies, ensuring effective evacuations and safeguarding life and property
– Vigilantly monitor for security threats or fire safety breaches and take necessary actions to mitigate risks
