About the firmRegional, accredited law firm looking to recruit a Trusts and Probate Paralegal into their Walsall offices.Our client is a leading, Legal 500 ranked law firm who pride themselves on their professional, expert services. They are looking for a dedicated Trusts and Probate Paralegal who is wanting to join a friendly team and progress their career even further.About the roleWithin this Trusts and Probate Paralegal role your main day-to-day duties may include:
  • Attending client meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Drafting correspondence to clients and instruction to Counsel
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Drafting all relevant documents
  • Liaising with clients, opponents, Counsel and other third parties
  • Attending Court when necessary
About YouThis is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-respected team with clear, bespoke progression paths and will be supervised by the Head of Department so you will gain invaluable exposure to a high-quality pipeline of work.The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years previous experience in a similar role, is able to work well under pressure and has fantastic client care, communication and problem-solving skills.
