Juice Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a People and Culture Administrator.You'll play a key role in supporting HR processes, recruitment, project administration, and general office tasks.   • Permanent Role:
  • Part Time hours up 22.5 hours per week
  • Salary £14,600 - £17,800 dependent on experience
  • Location: Wakefield
  • Working on site in the offices
  • Assist with the refurbishment of the ward area, maintaining project documentation, updating Gantt charts, action trackers, and preparing presentations.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Support the Head of People & Culture in preparing agendas and assisting committee members.
  • Manage job postings, review applications, schedule interviews, and prepare interview packs.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks, reference gathering, offer letters, and induction arrangements.
  • Provide support throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Respond to queries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Prepare and review HR documents, including contracts, change letters, and absence records.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and CQC requirements.
  • Support payroll checks, training bookings, meetings, and wellbeing or EDI initiatives.
  • Cover for colleagues during holidays or absences.
  • Assist with policy and procedure reviews.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
About You
  • Experience in administration, ideally with HR or project support.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using databases or HR systems (training provided).
  • Discreet, able to handle sensitive information appropriately.
