As they continue to grow and diversify, they are now looking to strengthen their capabilities in cladding and metal roofing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to bring valuable knowledge and leadership to our expanding operations.The RoleThey are seeking a highly experienced Cladding andamp; Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee and manage roofing and cladding projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of cladding systems and metal roofing to complement our existing flat roofing strengths. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability across all sites.Key Responsibilities*Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of cladding and metal roofing projects.
*Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
*Monitor site progress, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
*Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
*Conduct regular site visits nationwide, with travel required across the UK.
*Collaborate with the senior leadership team to help shape and grow the cladding and metal roofing division.
*Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.Requirements*Extensive experience in contracts management within the roofing and cladding industry.
*Strong background in metal roofing and cladding systems (essential).
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
*Willingness and ability to travel nationally as needed.
