- Lead and oversee process engineering activities across all project phases-from concept to commissioning.
- Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Interface with clients, project managers, and other discipline leads to align engineering scope and execution strategy.
- Approve and validate process design documents, simulations, and calculations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, or similar.
- Manage process safety through active participation in HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and other risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce change control procedures, ensuring budget and schedule impacts are clearly communicated and managed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the process discipline, promoting innovation and operational efficiency.
- Support business development and proposal efforts by contributing technical expertise and estimating discipline scope.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead role within EPC/EPCM environments.
- Strong working knowledge of cross-discipline interfaces (Mechanical, Piping, EC&I, Civil, Automation).
- Expertise in process simulation, design, and safety engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a clear vision for transitioning into engineering management.
