Now we are ready to enter the UK market, where our next ONLY store will be opening in Swindon.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Store Manager who can recruit, run and develop a strong team and run the ONLY store with high standards, high speed and great results. You lead with nearness and secure that the whole team has a founders mentality where ownership to the shop, the team and the customers go hand in hand. You understand the mechanics of how to get our Products to look their best at the same time as you know how to organize both the store and the team in order to be efficient. We believe that creating the best customer experience is a big part of our success so far and a base for securing that our loyal customers keep coming back for wardrobe upgrades.WHAT IT TAKES
