This is your chance to reignite your passion for Architecture and build something remarkable.Joining at the ground floor, you will be given full autonomy to play a pivotal role impacting this business positively as it executes an ambitious growth plan.Known for their work in the private homes sector and their passion for high quality, sustainable design, our client has developed a specialist portfolio for bespoke new build homes as well as high-end extensions, renovations and conversion projects. Alongside their growing reputation throughout the private homes sector, they also have well established partnerships with a variety of developers throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, working with them to deliver projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.Requirements for the Architectural Technologist;
  • Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with min 18-24 months years experience within the industry
  • MCIAT or working towards Chartership.
  • A thorough understanding of UK Building regulations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of how buildings are constructed.
  • Background with a UK based Architectural Practice.
  • Previous experience within the Residential sector.
  • Previous job running experience.
  • Keen to be hands on and play an active role in the direction and growth of the company.
