Behaviour Support Assistant – Liverpool Secondary School (Mainstream Setting)Milk Education are proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school in Liverpool to appoint a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated pastoral team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.You will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both academically and emotionally.   • Mentoring students and supporting them with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
  • Helping students set and achieve personal and academic goals
  • Supporting teaching staff with the delivery of lessons and learning interventions
  • Working closely with the school's pastoral and SEN teams to mentor progress and share strategies
  • Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult, offering guidance and encouragement
About You:
  • Experience supporting young people in a school or youth setting is desirable
  • A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to behaviour
  • Able to build rapport quickly and earn the trust of students
  • Passionate about inclusion, personal development, and helping every student thrive
