Shift: 4 on, 4 off – Days (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Basic Salary: £39,194.30 / £18.72 per hour
Overtime Rate: £28.09 per hour (x1.5)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional to support our expanding fleet in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians seeking work-life balance, a strong salary package, and a clear career path.Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service, and repair HGV trailers to DVSA standards
- Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records
- Work efficiently and safely within a busy workshop environment
- Proven experience as an HGV Trailer Technician or similar role
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of trailer components and diagnostics
- Own tools required
- Positive, team-oriented approach and attention to detail
- 4 on / 4 off day shift – consistent and structured schedule
- Competitive overtime pay at 1.5x standard rate
