We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at WithYou, in this key role for our service.Main duties of the jobThis is more than just a job; it's a chance to apply your expertise directly to those who need it most. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, working alongside Recovery Workers to deliver impactful, psychologically-informed interventions. This is a unique opportunity to build on your MHWP training and positively change lives. In this role, you will: Provide crucial, evidence-based support - you will use your training to deliver wellbeing-focused interventions, helping service users with complex mental health presentations. Your work will directly support recovery plans, focusing on key areas like managing emotions, improving sleep, and building confidence Be a key part of the team - you'll work closely with your line manager, supervisor, and the rest of the drug and alcohol team, engaging with service users and their families to develop strengths-based, outcome-focused care plans Grow your skills with expert guidance - you will receive regular supervision from a qualified professional, such as an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist or a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist. This ensures you're always learning and delivering the highest quality of care.
