- Support a positive classroom environment and follow school behaviour policies
- Build strong professional relationships with staff and pupils
- Adapt to different school settings day‑to‑dayEssential Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the UK Primary curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
