We are seeking a reliable and alert CCTV Control Room Operator to join our security team on a 4 on 4 off (12hr)shift pattern covering both days and nights. This is a key role focused on maintaining the safety and security of the site through active monitoring and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Monitor CCTV systems to ensure site safety and identify suspicious activityWork closely with the wider security team and control room staffRespond promptly to incidents and escalate as necessaryMaintain detailed logs and incident reportsBe willing to assist on the main floor with the security team when requested by the line managerMaintain high levels of awareness and vigilance at all timesRequirements:Valid CCTV SIA LicencePrior experience working in a CCTV control room environmentStrong observation and communication skillsA team player with a positive and proactive attitudeWillingness to support the security team beyond the control room when neededWhy Join Us?
