- Support the rollout of 360° marketing campaigns including digital, print, and in-store activation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to deliver product launches.
- Manage and create content for digital and social media channels, working alongside internal teams and agencies.
- Analyse campaign performance, brand health, and consumer feedback using sales and digital data.
- Contribute to new product development, innovation planning, and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Coordinate events, product sampling, influencer outreach, and shopper marketing activity.
- Liaise with creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
- Support photoshoots, video content creation, and internal marketing communications.
- Ideally degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
- Experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, food, or consumer goods.
- Creative, with a passion for content, branding, and digital communication.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
- Highly organised and capable of managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
- A collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn.
