This role involves providing high-quality customer support, handling administration tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:

Key Duties:
  • Provide live telephone support to customers experiencing software and hardware issues
  • Log internal and external support calls accurately
  • Create reports and maintain documentation
  • Validate and process customer orders
  • Create sales quotes for general sales and repairs
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Experience & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer care
  • Experience with administration duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
