- Provide live telephone support to customers experiencing software and hardware issues
- Log internal and external support calls accurately
- Create reports and maintain documentation
- Validate and process customer orders
- Create sales quotes for general sales and repairs
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Previous experience in customer care
- Experience with administration duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
