Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of record keeping, data quality, and stakeholder management, which are essential for delivering excellent health services. - Manage and maintain the inventory of management committee Terms of References in collaboration with various secretaries.
- Coordinate annual committee effectiveness reviews of Bupa Insurance management committees, present findings to stakeholders, and track actions until completed.
- Draft key frameworks, policies, and procedures in conjunction with senior stakeholders across the business and ensure they go through governance.
- Support the Head of Controls and Standards with ad hoc management requests.
- Perform Quality Assurance on Controls testing.
- Contribute to key risk and governance reporting (1st and 2nd Line).
- Establish strong working relationships across all relevant functions, including 2nd and 3rd Line teams.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping and data quality at all times.
- Experience working in Risk, Governance, or Internal Controls.
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to articulate technical matters in simple language.
- Ability to travel to office locations nationally (London, Manchester, Brighton, Staines).
- Company secretariat experience and awareness of the regulatory environment impacting the financial services industry is desirable.
- Demonstrate influencing skills and comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with constructive and evidence-based rationale.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present confidently to varied audiences.
