- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
- Host weekly forecast and Win's meetings every week to decision plans for the week ahead.
- Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team. Regularly monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Lead by example in building rapport, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prior experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
