My Client are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Leader to join their expanding business. Responsible for managing a team of 7 people, they are looking to hire a successful leader to push the team to success whilst also carrying a sales quota and work towards building sustainable relationships with clients and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Host weekly forecast and Win's meetings every week to decision plans for the week ahead.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team. Regularly monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Lead by example in building rapport, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
