We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP to work full time for a practice in Nottingham. This opportunity is available for a highly motivated and focused Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, splitting their time between a few days onsite and few days working from home, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.The working pattern split between onsite and remote working can be negotiated.Full-time hours can be worked within core opening hours of the GP practice.Main duties of the jobAs a hybrid onsite Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.About usThe Pharmacist Network are a pharmacist led organisation who provide general practices nationally, with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy technician services.
