- Provide thorough onboarding for new Merchants.
- Provide Support and guidance to Merchants and resolve any queries.
- Work alongside internal teams to manage the administration of deals which will include updating systems to ensure accurate information for customers when purchasing Merchant deals.
- Investigate and review payment summaries.
- Work alongside our Sales Colleagues to ensure understanding of business profiles.
- Essential knowledge of Microsoft office suite i.e.: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Customer Service/Administration background would be advantageous.
- Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy
- The ability to communicate effectively – both verbal and written form
- The ability to multitask and handle several queries simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Show initiative, motivation and focus
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
