Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Project Supervisor to join the team based in Lossiemouth, Scotland, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end supervision of project works, ensuring compliance with MOD standards and TWC requirements.
  • Prepare, review and control project pricing to deliver commercially viable outcomes while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of health and safety plans, including risk assessments and method statements, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong professional relationships based on trust, transparency and delivery excellence.
  • Supervise contractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed in line with specification, budget and programme.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience supervising projects within a facilities management or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
  • Commercially astute with experience in pricing and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of MOD or other highly regulated environments is desirable.
