Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference in Chesham SchoolsAre you passionate about supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential?   • Location: Chesham, Hertfordshire
  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for children who need extra help
  • Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage and motivate learners to develop confidence and independence
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • A recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
