As a Mail Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the mail-room. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting outstanding customer service at all times.
- Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Client Interaction: Handle inquiries from clients both face-to-face and over the phone with a friendly approach.
- Document Handling: File and retrieve documents within our established filing system.
- Courier Coordination: Book and receive courier items, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
- Archiving Processes: Process archive files and track signature movements using onsite computer systems.
- Flexibility in Duties: Be prepared to tackle any additional responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager or client.
