- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property Team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and management of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence relating to commercial property transactions.
- Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, maintaining a professional and informative manner at all times.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems, diary management, and coordination of meetings and property completions.
- Undertake accurate data entry on the firm’s case management system, ensuring compliance with legal standards and confidentiality.
- Assist with searches, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and related property transactional work as required.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly, demonstrating outstanding client care and attention to detail.
- Support fee earners with any additional administrative and operational requirements to optimise workflow and productivity.
- At least 6 months experience in a legal secretary, legal assistant, or legal administration role, ideally within a property or commercial law environment.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, and professionalism in all interactions.
