Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle service provider in South Cambridgeshire. With a growing customer base and strong reputation for quality, they are expanding their team and seeking motivated technicians to join them.Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
  • Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and operating at peak performance.
  • Identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience working on HGVs and LCVs.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
  • Proactive, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant automotive qualifications are a plus.
  • DAF experience and training is beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working HoursFlexible shift patterns including early, day, and late shifts to meet customer needs.
