Driving licence required due to the location.Responsibilities:Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedulesReact to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frameMonitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaningEnsuring the team are following the H&S regulationsSupport the delivery of training to the soft services teamAssist the Account Manager in delivering a fully compliant operationWith the Account Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisalsDealing with stock management - and orderingEnsure we have holiday cover in placeRequirements:Customer service focusedExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety managementGood command of English language, both written and oral
