- Assisting with the preparation and submission of all Warranty claims including partial and good will claims and submit to the central warranty department for invoicing.
- Carrying out periodic self-audits using the manufactures system to ensure that all current standards are met.
- Accurately processing and invoicing all recall claims to the manufacturer standards.
- Regularly monitoring the warranty work in progress to ensure all possible claims have been processed.
- Keeping appraised of any changes or amendments to the manufacturers guidelines and processes.
- Assisting the Service manager with any additional tasks including assisting with internal invoicing if required.
- Ideally you will have previous experience in the automotive trade in a similar position, however both internal and manufacturer-based training will be provided.
- You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met.
- When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous.
- Core skills in computing (including the use of MS packages).
- Ability to build excellent relationships (both internally and externally)
- Have a positive attitude to problem solving.
