We have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team to be based in Portsmouth (Cosham). The Opportunity:As the Warranty Administrator you will be:
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of all Warranty claims including partial and good will claims and submit to the central warranty department for invoicing.
  • Carrying out periodic self-audits using the manufactures system to ensure that all current standards are met.
  • Accurately processing and invoicing all recall claims to the manufacturer standards.
  • Regularly monitoring the warranty work in progress to ensure all possible claims have been processed.
  • Keeping appraised of any changes or amendments to the manufacturers guidelines and processes.
  • Assisting the Service manager with any additional tasks including assisting with internal invoicing if required.
About You:
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in the automotive trade in a similar position, however both internal and manufacturer-based training will be provided.
  • You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met.
  • When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous.
  • Core skills in computing (including the use of MS packages).
  • Ability to build excellent relationships (both internally and externally)
  • Have a positive attitude to problem solving.
