With a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and a carefully curated Food & Beverage experience, we are looking for a General Manager who will be the face of the hotel — a true host and ambassador who brings the story of the property to life for every guest.This is a rare opportunity to shape a hotel from its very beginnings — to lead through pre-opening, craft its culture, and establish a destination known for warmth, individuality, and exceptional attention to detail.What you’ll be doing:Pre-Opening Vision & Delivery
Guide the project through to opening, ensuring the boutique feel and personal touches shine through. Oversee timelines, suppliers, compliance, and systems — but always with the guest journey at the heart of every decision.A Hands-On Leader & Storyteller
Recruit and inspire a new team, setting the tone for a warm, guest-focused culture. Be visible and present — greeting guests, sharing the story of the property, and making every visitor feel like part of something special.Boutique Hospitality & F&B Focus
Curate and refine a bespoke Food & Beverage offering that is as memorable as the rooms. Work closely with chefs, suppliers, and the team to deliver menus and service that reflect quality, creativity, and individuality.Financial Stewardship
Take ownership of budgets, P&L, and profitability, balancing strong financial control with the bespoke nature of a single-site operation.Guest Experience Above All
