- Help put together campaign plans and make sure all the right details are included.
- Work with others to make sure all deadlines and timelines are on track.
- Double-check campaign information to make sure everything is accurate.
- Make sure all the advertising content (like images or videos) is ready and sent to the right people on time.
- Keep track of which ads are running where, and make sure everything launches smoothly.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep things moving.
- Help update spreadsheets that track campaign budgets and costs.
- Make sure all purchases are properly recorded and confirmed with the finance team.
- Support with monthly checks to ensure everything adds up.
- Help gather campaign results so the team can see what worked well.
- Assist in preparing presentations to share those results with clients.
- Make sure data is entered correctly and clearly.
- Help keep templates and documents up to date so that everyone is working consistently.
- Take notes during meetings and help keep task lists organised.

- Interest in digital advertising and learning how campaigns work behind the scenes.
- Some experience or internship in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or DV360.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Curious about how online ads reach the right people and drive results.
