- Organization of internal events.
- Creation and development of intranet sites.
- Organization of quarterly meetings for our team (~30 people), developing the agenda and contacting speakers.
- Maintenance of our dashboard for ongoing priority projects.
- Management of document library database (Sharepoint, Windchill tools).
- Creation and execution of an internal communication plan using available tools: email, posters, internal social network ("Viva/Engage"), intranet sites, digital displays.
- Execution of the communication plan relying on our tools: intranet, email, internal social network (Teams, Viva Engage, ...).
- Organization of internal communication events and team-building activities.
- Creation and development of websites.The ideal candidate will also be able to propose communication strategies that align with the overall objectives of the department.
- Development of communication tools across the department's various sites (Greece, Italy, France)
- Management of furniture and laboratory equipment inventory, using scannable “smart labels”
- Update of lab equipment inventory database
