This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA to join a supportive team and play a vital role in the classroom.The Role:Delivering pre-prepared lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacherSupporting teaching and learning across both KS1 and KS2Working with small groups and 1:1 to raise attainmentAssisting in the preparation of learning materialsProviding feedback to pupils and contributing to assessmentSupporting the inclusion of pupils with SEND or EALThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:HLTA status (or equivalent Level 4 qualification)Experience working across KS1 and KS2Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skillsA flexible, proactive, and positive attitudeA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat the School Offers:A supportive and inclusive school communityOpportunities for professional developmentCollaborative and friendly staff teamEngaged and enthusiastic pupils
